It's very comfortable. Got this headset because my old one was hurting my ear something awful. It just hangs against your ear and almost feels like it's not even there. (One of those that you have to ram into your ear to get it to stay). I love this little thing. Usability is easy. It just simply does its job wonderfully.
This product was good till a few days later when the i make a call the other person hears alot of back ground noise and interference. Went after my refund, not that good.
My husband is enjoying this headset. He recently dropped it in water and dried it with a hairdryer. It still continues to perform correctly.
I've seen others for a higher price but this is a good product. Volume could go a little higher but I'm a bit hard of hearing anyway.
I never seen this kind of worst design. I don't like to give any star for this product.
